Main features
advanced milk yield indicator based on conductivity and temperature compensated
advanced control of ACR functions, including fast kick-off removal
advanced control of pulsation and stimulation, including flow-controlled pulsation
easy programmable through keypad or through iMilk 500 Control Software
centralized commands to operate basic instructions on all units
connectable to remote start commands (switch, button, swing-over arm...)
plug & play additional modules (gate controller + identification + dairy management, etc...)
Milking monitor
During and after milking provides information about:
animal ID
milking time
milk yield
average, maximum & actual milk flow-rate
average, maximum & actual milk temperature
maximum milk conductivity
Herd monitor
During and after milking detects deviations:
deviation in milk temperature *
deviation in milk yield *
deviation in conductivity *
and provides an early warning of potential udder infections and cell counts
Suspected animals can be segregated via software or via keyboard *.
(* with additional module “iMan” Dairy Management Software)
Washing monitor
During and after washing provides information about:
temperature of the water per single milking point
flow rate of the water per single milking point
concentration of sanitising fluids per single milking point
if residuals of sanitizing have been left in the system after final rinse
Advantages
user friendly
easy to install
no moving parts
no vacuum drops
no fat cells breakage
no additional air inlets or additional washing circuits
easy to calibrate thanks to advanced spreadsheet included
maintenance free (calibration should be checked every 12 months)
easy to programme (preset milking parameters for cows, buffaloes, sheep & goats)
additional modules can be easily connected to the iMilk 500 Network: it is not necessary to connect them to each panel
Technical data:
accuracy: +/-10%
power to iMilk 500 panels: 24VAC (consumption: 200mA x panel)
power to PULSATOR and to CONTROL VALVE: 24VDC (consumption: 520mA x unit)
